Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship across Europe and to most countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, just email us and we'll check it for you.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Some items ship from different warehouses, so a set or a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
The Glowwand
How often should I use it?
5–10 minutes a day, or 3–5 times a week. Consistency matters more than session length.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge takes about 1.5–2 hours via USB and covers several sessions.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Yes. It works best over a water-based serum or gel.
Who should not use it?
Do not use it during pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or on broken or irritated skin. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.

In what order should I use the products?
- Cleanse and apply your serum.
- Use the Glowwand for 5–10 minutes.
- Finish with the chilled ice gua sha or the jade eye mask.
- Under-eye patches can go on at any point: they're perfect while the wand works on the rest of your face.
