Shipping
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking: every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email.
- Costs: shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Import duties or taxes for destinations outside the EU, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- For hygiene reasons, opened under-eye patches can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
- Sets must be returned complete.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to return

- We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address.
- Send the item back with tracking. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
EU right of withdrawal
EU customers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy extends this right and never limits it.
